Elastic on sides gives room for   another inch across. Waist at rest measures 24 inches across and goes to 25 inches due to Elastic.  Rise is 12.5 inches. Inseam 6.5 inches. Very tiny spot under left pocket as shown..hardly visible. These shorts are great for daily wear,  or a day outdoors adventuring. They will be perfect for someone 😊
