Henri BOULAGE (1882-1967), Original Drawing in Colored Pencil, Impasse Trainée in Montmartre 1960

Henri Boulage born in Draveil (Essone) in 1882, is a French post-impressionist painter who belongs to the Montmartre school. He lived until his death (1967) in the “city of artists of Montmartre”. Known for these paintings of Parisian neighborhoods, particularly Montmartre. He is considered a Master of Montmartre. Henri Boulage is referenced in Bénézit, the Dictionary of Montmartre Painters, Artprice... These works are sought after.

Impasse Trainée no longer exists, it was transformed into a street in 1967 and now bears the name rue Poulbot.

Good condition (see photos). Drawing signed, titled and dated 1/10/1960 at the bottom.
