Cut circles, semi-circles, and quarter-circles from 3 to
15-1/2 inches and every 1/2 inch in between. Cut a freezer paper template to
the finished size and then cut the fabric 1/2 inch larger to add the seam
allowance. If you prefer piecing curves, cut out the background and the circles
with the same ruler. The ruler slides easily over the fabric until pressure is
applied. Then, the exclusive gripper holds the fabric in place while cutting,
eliminating slipping and miss-cuts!
