This is a Plastruct 1040 HO 6-1/4" x 1-3/4" x 1-3/4" Steel Mill Hot Metal Bottle Car Kit.  Each kit produces TWO bottle car bodies.  The kit's Plastruct plastic contents are detailed in the photos.

The directions (photo) detail how to scratch make both a generic Pollock and/or Treadwell.   In order to complete the build, some additional parts are required from outside the Plastruct kit, like ladders, brake wheels, chains, railings,  Pilcher trucks with 33" wheels for the Treadwell, and Buckey trucks with 36" wheels for the Pollock.  These are all detailed in the provided directions.
