This vintage Rainbow Brite Starlight Horse PVC figure from 1983 Hallmark is a must-have for collectors and fans of the Rainbowbrite franchise. It is in very good condition. It has minor scratches,  the paint looks good. It could use a good cleaning, but I don't know how to properly do that without possibly ruining it.
