Here is a pair of resistance springs for your Ab Rocket.

They have the black covers, which means these springs produce the highest amount of resistance according to the Instruction Sheet (blue stripe is lowest, red stripe is middle).

Tested on the original machine -- work great!  Some dents in the foam.  Other minor signs of wear.
