This Calumet Monorail Large Format camera is a great addition to any photographer's arsenal. With a 4x5 in format, manual focus type, and gray color bellows, all the knobs appear functional. The lens is clear with no fogging. Shutter speed sound "like new" and do not seem to be sluggish. The camera comes with a lens board, Ilex Agutar Lens, case, and focusing screen.

Item included:

Model CC-400 4 x 5 View Camera body Serial No. 26838. On the bottom of the monorail, you will see number 105835 and on the bottom of the part that attaches to an external tripod, you will see the number 105845. The monorail measures 20 inches for 16 inches extension on the bellows. No film holders included. I consider the body UNTESTED since I have never used the camera & do not know how the knobs work. When I unextended the body / bellows back to store position, the knobs worked to stabilize the bellows/body for putting back into the case. Also, there is a "rising front knob" I pressed in to elevate the lens board which you should be able to see in some photos. It works great. Bellows are supple & appear to be in working order. Keep in mind that all photos of body are on a tripod, which is not included in the item for sale.

Since my purchase of this camera years ago, and since I do not have the inclination to pursue large format camera usage (oh to be young again), I am listing this beauty for the enthusiast to enjoy. Kept in a smoke free, temperature controlled environment since my purchase used 25+ years ago. With camera & lens & manuals, monorail, case, & any accessory, the weight comes in at 22 lbs. I will pack thoroughly, so total weight would be in the range of 28 lbs after careful packing/insulation.
