This is a 100% wool Navy blue dress jumper. It includes the hat with pin. This jumper belonged to an IC3, Interior Communications Electrician Third Class, a non- commissioned officer. As you may know, a third class petty officer in the Navy is the equivalent of a Corporal in the Army or USMC. This jacket and its owner served onboard the U.S.S. John Paul Jones.

It is a size 38R and it is in excellent condition. It would make an excellent display piece in a military collection.
