These are used balance wheels in various condition, but they can be repaired.  Some may show discoloration, fading or rusts, as they have been stored for some time. There are sizes 18 and smaller, but most are about size 18. They do come with their roller tables. They are good candidates for repair or just bone yard items. These are for repair only.
