The item in this listing is a third printing of Tennessee Williams’ most popular work A Streetcar Named Desire.  It is one of the most critically acclaimed plays of the twentieth century and still ranks among Williams’s most performed plays.  It has inspired many adaptations in other forms, notably a critically acclaimed film that was released in 1951.
