Appearance is beautiful. Scuffs from normal use. It shows signs of use. 
There are scuffs on the lens body. 
There are some scratches around the side portion on the lens body. 
There are some black repair painted parts on the lens body.

■ Optics
[Excellent+++]
There are thin fog/haze on the middle element. 
There are a few fungus on the front element. 
No scratches.
There are some balsam separation on the rear element. 
There is a little dust. But there is no large dust. 
There are a few dirt on the rear element.

It works properly.
