Missing Delivery

ebay estimated Delivery date is a general idea on the time you SHOULD receive your item/s, Please Note: Royal Mail ask's you to wait 7 working days before Contacting us as we can not contact them regarding Missing/Lost/Late items until the time is up

Damaged Delivery

If an item is DAMAGED in the Post Please Keep all Packaging and Send us Photo's as Soon as Possible and we will try to make a Claim with the Courier/Royal Mail and if they are at fault we will try our best to send a Replacement as Quickly as we can and if we can not Replace the item/s we will issue you a Full Refund.

Returns

We do offer a 30 day return's and are Flexible for your reasons why you wish to return your item/s. All we ask is that you contact us via ebay messaging stating why you wish to return the item/s.

The Buyer is Responsible for Paying the Return Postage as we offer Free Postage on most of our items

Please Note: We also will not Accept return's on item/s which dose not have the Original Packaging they were sent in for example a Comic must be Sleeved and Boarded if sent to you that way. If you are returning a damaged item/s please send us images of the item/s before returning them
