Offering a wide range of colours and finishes, all our work is completed in-house by our experienced team of fitters and upholsterers.
The full conversion consists of:
Insulation - Fully insulated interior with fire retardant, light weight, non-irritant materials
Ply lining - All new plywood panels
Carpeting - Using Hi-Flex 4 way stretch flame retardant lining carpet on all panels and metal work in a choice of colours
Windows - Two bonded privacy glass windows, one opening (sliding), one fixed.
Altro flooring - Heavy duty Altro Contrax flooring in a variety of finishes
Kitchen unit - Full kitchen unit with Smev 9222 sink/hob combination, fold up micro switch tap with electric water pump, 2x 10ltr water containers (1x fresh 1x waste), various cupboard units with push button nickel finish catches, wardrobe with tambour door with a choice of shelves or hanging rail. Gas locker with 50mm floor vent, regulator and bottle strap. Fold up table with sliding rail system. We offer a wide variety of finishes with the option of a contrasting worktop.
R & R bed- 3/4 M1 crash tested Smartbeds Evo II R&R bed, 4" foam with vinyl or fabric finish (many colours available). Two inertia reel seat belts.
12v Electrics - 110ah leisure battery with automatic smart charge system so it charges when the engine is running, 1x 12v cigar lighter style socket, 1x USB charging point and 5x led stainless steel effect touch sensitive down lighters.
240v hook up - Double pole consumer unit with RCD protection, double 13amp socket, 15 amp automatic battery charger and external input plug point
12v Fridge - Waeco/Dometic CRX-50 fridge, 45ltr of cool storage and an optional 4.4ltr of freezer space, providing a 3 in 1 solution between having a fridge or a freezer or both at the same time. The CRX-50 automatically adjusting fan speed also generates minimal noise. It has intelligent electronic controls making it 25% more efficient than others in the market & a soft touch control panel for adjusting the temperature.
Pop Top - Vacuum formed fibreglass pop top, available in either Black or White as standard. The scissor hinges are laser cut for accuracy in stainless steel and designed to use the existing fitting points of the vehicle. All other screws and fixings are best quality stainless steel. Side strengthening frames are made from galvanised steel. All front elevating roofs are fitted with an above cab box section strengthening frame together with side and rear strengthening frames down both sides of the vehicle. Includes front roof spoiler and gas strut assisted bed board which turns your van in to a four-berth camper!
