Sacred Books And Early Literature Of The East 14 Vol Set Members Ed. 120/2000

This complete set is a wonderful collection of early eastern religious literature, covering Ancient through medieval times from Asia through the Orient.

It is one of only 2000 Members Edition sets printed, this one is number 120 of 2000. The signed Certificate of Attestation is included inside the cover of volume 1.

It was specifically printed for Edward Houard Paxon, whose personalization adorns the inside cover of each volume.

Overall very good condition. Minimal page discoloration or foxing.

Gold gilding on top page edges, minor scuffs can be seen in photos

Exterior covers have some (mostly) minor scuffs and marks, with some shelf wear on some edges and corners.

All spines are tight.

There may be a very slight musty smell from storage.

Most significant damage is to the crease on Volume 1's cover, which is surface cracked.

Additionally Volume 9 has a cover tear to the leather on the spine as pictured.

Both of these damages are on the leather cover only (cosmetic), and do not impact the overall function of the cover or spine.
