Return Policy:

Before Returning any product please contact us through the Ebay for full instructions. If buyer feel that the item they have purchased is not fit for purpose, They are welcome to return that but the responsibility for the return postage and packing will be on buyers responsibility.

All returned goods must be return in their original packaging and unused. We have right to refuse the refund if the goods found used.

In case of faulty item please let us know with-in 7 working days of purchase. Please Do not send the goods without contacting us through Ebay messaging Board and we will provide you the free postage label to return and will send the replacement.

Most Buy It Now purchases are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations, which allow you to cancel the purchase within 30 working days after the day you receive the item.

When you return your item, please ensure it is well wrapped and insured for transit, as we cannot accept receipt of a damaged item.

Postage & Delivery Policy:

All orders will be dispatched within 1 working day after receiving the payment, we dispatch all item via Royal mail, Hermes, Fedex and DX and other well reputed courier using the 1 to 2 Days delivery service depending on the item size and price.

For same day dispatch, please place the order before 9 am. Please note that our standard P&P is for Mainland UK only.

Our standard delivery charge does not include some areas of Scotland or where water crossing is necessary. Whilst every effort is made to send your item at no extra charge, larger 'courier only' items are not included in the standard delivery, please check the postcode list before committing to purchase.

If you are in an area outside the standard delivery charge, by committing to purchase we have a right to cancel your order and refund your money. Please email us before committing the purchase and we will advise you for the additional postage charges.
