Vintage Wash O Matic, Tin Toy Washing Machine With Hose.  T.N Japan

Tested red light comes on if you play with the switch nothing else happened dont know if the drum of the washing machine is supposed to spin or ?

There is no plastic in the top viewing window, the battery cover is missing, Hose is broken off, lid is bent, the hinge is damaged
