This is a Fisher Price Sesame Street Clubhouse Little People 937 99% COMPLETE W/BOX  

The box is in good condition.  It has a little wear since it's about 50 years old. 

The set is almost COMPLETE> 

It’s missing the tire swing.

Grover has most of his face rubbed off though. The purple faced figure also has some fading. 

All the pieces are clean.  The main unit does have a little bit of staining.. but not bad.  

I took ALOT of pictures to zoom in on. 

It comes from a smokefree and mildew free house.
