Here is a charming vintage planter, likely from 1950-1970's, made in Japan. Graceful swan, nicely detailed, glazed in pastel green-blue, with opening on top of the body for a plant.  Excellent vintage condition, no cracks or chips, just a bit of dirt staining on the interior surface, not seen from outside. Also there is some mild crazing in the glaze, typical of a piece of this age.  See all photos.
