How to use OPTI-FREE Puremoist Solution: Remember to always wash, rinse and dry your hands before handling contact lenses.

1. Fill the empty lens case with solution.

2. Wet each side of the contact lens with the solution.

3. Rub each contact lens for 20 seconds with your finger.

4. Rinse each side of the contact lens for 10 seconds with a steady stream of solution.

5. Place the contact lenses in the case, tighten the lids and wait overnight or at least six hours.
