Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship online purchases Australia wide.
How long till my item gets dispatched?
In most cases, orders made before 2 PM will be dispatched same day or within
24 hours.

Unless you live in a remote area, most orders will be delivered within 2-5
business days at your destination, remote areas may take a little bit

We use Australia Post, Couriers Please and Fastway for standard, registered
and express shipping for orders up to 21kg.

factory sealed new condition it may be sent back to us within 30 days of
purchase. The item must still be in its original condition and packaging.In
these cases the customer will be responsible to pay the return postage.

If there is an issue with the playback of the item (the item is faulty), please contact us
within 7 days of receipt so that we can resolve the issue for you. Please note, this does
not include instances where you've purchased say, a region 2 DVD and it won't play in your
region 4 player. You must check first that your player can play the region of the disc you
are about to purchase.
