The piece is in great condition. I can feel a tiny rough spot on the tip of one tail fin. I think it is a production issue, not damage. The hand written information on the back looks to have been buffed or sanded during finishing. This process removed or diminished the legibility of the writing. One of the sanded words reads Portugal. I have not been able to identify the specific title of this version but it is very similar to one called "Tram 28". The wonderful array of different designs of these are created by various artists.
