In great cosmetic condition. Check the electronics inside and there in very clean, excellent visual condition on inspection, no corrosion! Been safe and dry in cupboard of ambulance i bought that was in good condition.

Looks like its a DC-DC boost converter with pic micro controller . So I guess is a specialised battery charger. So selling as is of low use to me but probably lot of use to someone else!

As of listing not sold as tested however! I am able to test for the 30v output to confirm it most likely is full working. I’ll ether do this before posting or get around to doing it and updating listing.
