18ct Yellow Gold 0.25ct natural imperial topaz and 0.03ct diamond ring

Set with a marquise cut imperial topaz, measuring (est) 6mm in length by 2.5mm in width.  Secured in a 4 prong setting with Round brilliant cut diamonds each side.  Each diamond measures (est) 1.5mm in width.
