An antique / vintage E.R Watts & Son, London no. 9323 surveyors level. This is from a private collection estate clearance and I have more scientific and measuring instruments listed separately. There's lots of age related wear, scuffs, tarnish and I'm not sure the bubble in the level is working correctly. There's no case. Everything that's included is in the photos.
