This vintage (or possibly antique) Chinese Yixing clay teapot features a unique mouse or critter design on its lid. Crafted from high-quality clay material, this teapot is a true representation of Asian antiques and a perfect addition to any teapot collection.

Approximately 3.5” tall with lid, 4.5” diameter, and 7” wide including handle and spout.

I purchased this beautiful teapot from my local antique shop. They couldn’t tell me a lot about it. It could be an antique, but it is indeed vintage, at minimum.

Carefully review all photos as they show the condition of the item.

The only know chips are to the inner rim and lid, as shown in photos. The clay has some cracks around the leaves, likely there from the time it was created.
