The majority of our items are fixed price. For auctions, please pay within 3 days.

Discounts

We have various discount and multi-buy offers across all out listings. To benefit, please add all items to your basket and these discounts will be applied at checkout. Where mistakes are made and multiple orders are received, we may at our discretion, combine and refund accordingly, but eBay's fixed charge per order may be retained.

Our main delivery service is Royal Mail. Although there may cheaper services, our focus is on safe delivery. Royal Mail provide a safe and reliable service and as our items are tracked, loss or damage during transit can be confirmed and reimbursed, providing protection for both parties.

We aim to make our shipping fees as reasonable as possible and not overcharge our customers. Rather than offer 'Free Postage', which hides the actual postage cost in the item price, we use a flat rate that represents actual postage costs, which means you can save by combined items across our store without being overcharged.

International shipping

eBay's Global Shipping Program will provide a quotation for shipping and import charges based on the estimated size, weight and value of your order.

International buyers can benefit from having items shipped out as a pre-prepared bundle, where the exact size, weight and valued is used to provide accurate rates. Contact us with details of your order and we will work this out for you to minimise shipping costs.

Packaging

Don't ever expect to receive your items in re-used laundry or cereal boxes; our packaging is specially orders to hold items of various sizes securly during transit. We follow an eco-friendly initiative, keeping bubble-wrap to a minimum and use cardboard and paper-based dunnage to keep your items safe, minimising evironmental impact.
