Used but still in nice condition. Some surface marks and flaking of the liquor at the bottom (see photos) but structurally solid. Once fitted a band of white tape around the base will finish it off fine.

According to my measurements this will give a range of heights from 170-200mm from top of seat tube to saddle rails (max to min insert).
