Stax Lambda Nova Signature vintage electrostatic headphones. Ear Speakers. In original box and polystyrene insert packing.Condition is clean and very good for the age. It is rare to find it in such nice condition, with the packaging in good condition too. Smoke and pet free.
The Nova Signature, the top of the line Lambda of it's time, is one of the best headphones released, it has a beautiful highly resolving sound, whilst retaining a much smoother less fatiguing treble than many other lambdas, and I believe it is far superior to all the current line of Stax.
It was designed by the venerable Stax Omega designer, and also uses the wider band high purity cable that the Omega range have.
Please note, these are Pro Bias stax with a 5-pin plug. You will need a pro bias Stax energizer or amplifier to play these. Which is any modern stax amp, and most from the early 1980s onwards.
