I am unsure if this is actually Steuben, or just a replicated style (it is unmarked). I personally think this was originally the top part of a larger candlestick that had broken off; there is a marking (similar to a pontil) on underside of larger end (see last pic).

Aside from not knowing who the maker is, this piece has beautiful clarity and no other blemishes.
