Obtained at auction in Job Lot of Photographic Items 
Looks in nice condition, commensurate for a vintage item. I think this may be case for the Range Finder, which was a Voightlander accessory. Being sold as:  
UNTESTED for DISPLAY, SERVICE/REPAIR or for PARTS.
