Card has been in my Topps binder since I got it signed over 20 years ago and is in perfect condition

It is signed in black permanent marker

The way it looks now is exactly how it looked when signed

It hasn't faded over time, it's just how the pen signed on the very glossy card

It will not rub off or anything like that I can guarantee

I got three different ones signed from him at the same time

and now have decided to sell them
