GENUINE BRITISH ARMY 1990's ISSUE OLIVE GREEN MAN'S COVERALLS

EARLIER PRESS-STUD VERSION - 1990 DATED FROM CONTRACT CODE

GRADE-1 USED CONDITION - SIZE 170/92 - SMALL TO 5'7"

For sale here is a pair of genuine vintage British Army issue coveralls aka overalls aka boiler suit, these are the press-stud version which was issued in the 1970's to early 1990's before being replaced by the version with Velcro closure, they are the classic Cold War British Army coverall!

Coverall features press stud front with reinforced fly, adjustable cuffs, single front left breast patch pocket, internal waist drawcord, two front hip pockets and openings behind the pockets to allow you to access pockets on trousers worn underneath.

This particular pair bears the contract code SL32b/5324, this puts manufacture at approximately 1990 so ideal for a Gulf War impression.

CONDITION: Coveralls are in Grade-1 used condition, they have been issued and worn but they have not led a hard life, all press studs are present and correct, there are no worn out areas, no damage, no repairs. Photos shows the ACTUAL pair you will receive.

SIZE: Label size is given as 170/92, approximate intended wearer size up to 5'7" with a maximum natural chest of 36" so a SMALL. Being an overall it is very generously cut and could also fit many who normally take a MEDIUM, on the tape measure it comes up as follows: 42" chest (21" pit-to-pit), 17" across the shoulders, 21.5" under-arm, 37" waist, 28" inside leg, 35" from rear collar seam to crotch.

These earlier examples are getting ever harder to find, great quality coveralls but also now bona fide pieces of Cold War British militaria!
