Vintage Brass Wall Mount Coat Rack Hat Rack Ornate Metal Gold-ish Color 1 Pound

Pretty sure this is brass - maybe painted gold color? Not sure. It’s heavy, ornate and a little over 1lb. Made up of 5 pieces. The screw to hold together is easily functioning and this item will ship unassembled for flatter shipping (refer to pic to reassemble).

I believe this was a coat and hat wall hanger, but maybe could be used to hold a picture? Not really sure.
