Hardcover in dust jacket. Revised second edition/11th printing. This is a library discard with many condition issues but binding is excellent. The dust jacket has been pasted to the boards. There are several remaining library markings. You can see that the book is bound in blue cloth. Very scarce. Have not come across this variant before. Actual book shown. Questions welcome.
