This vintage suede leather hanging tribute to Mother and Dad is labeled Puerto Rico at the bottom and I suspect the hand-painted piece was purchased as a souvenir. Measuring about 7" by 11" in size, the hanging includes a wooden "frame" bar at the top and a strip of suede for hanging; there are light hatch marks all around to simulate fringe. All is in very nice vintage condition. A previous owner signed the piece very faintly at the bottom; not sure but it may be Frances. It is hard to see and might be removable with a little brushing or an eraser?
