The shoes are in overall great condition but there are signs of wear on them. This can primarily be seen on the soles, especially at the bottom where there are a number scuff marks, some indents, and hints of dirt in places. Some dirt may also be on the sides of the soles as well, but it is not immediately noticeable. There are a few dark spots/staining on the insides as well but they have been cleaned so they are not particularly dirty. 

The overall exterior of the shoes looks clean and like new, so there is no damage of note, but there may be tiny imperfections that weren't discovered when inspecting and cleaning the shoes.

They also tend to easily collect micro fibers and dust, which is a bit noticeable on the outlines of the hearts at the front. Fortunately it is relatively easy to clean the dust off with a little extra effort and care.
