The aperture ring is jammed. Coupling pin seems to be loose inside the mechanism and the aperture cannot be properly adjusted. It can be set only at 1.4 to about 2.8. There are some rub/scuff marks to the mount.
Glass shows no haze, fungus, scratches. There is a good amount of dust and small particles inside which should have no obvious effect to photos.
Focus is smooth.
