HP Paintjet A4 The First Colour Inkjet Printer Rare Item Clean Condition from 1987

Cosmetically, this is in amazing condition, the plastics are so bright, there's no damage and hardly a mark to be seen, even the cleaning brush is clean!

It's fully working, but as demonstrated in the video, there's a bit of a noise when printing and the ink get smudged. From disassembly I suspect that this is likely to be a tiny piece of rubber on the carrier. It's purpose is to seal the print heads on the cartridges once parked. It looks to have warped with age and affecting the angle of the carrier. I decided not to remove or cut it and keep the printer untouched, it doesn't take too much to remove and access this should you want to get a scalpel on it.

The original power supply is included, the slide out instructions are still in place. There is a black and cmy cartridge fitted and some refills included, although the black one seems to have leaked a bit. Included are two packs of transparencies, one is opened and part used, the other is sealed new.

Nearly 10Kg packed, this will go with Royal Mail medium parcel.
