About this vehicle

This 1976 Ford Bronco is a modified vehicle with updates to the exterior, interior and drivetrain. I’ve proudly owned it for 15+/- years. Obvious head turner! Summer time here we go!

The underside of this car is beautiful! I don’t think it’s been out in the rain more than five total days in all of the years I have owned it. “0” rust, if I have to say that.

Honestly, when I bought this car it was painted by the prior owner. It was beautiful, but engine and drivetrain were fairly stock and I didn’t have any information on it’s remaining life. It drove just fine when I got it but I decided to take the time and money to go through it all, “complete engine rebuild” and drivetrain reviewed and cleaned up as needed. My uncle who primarily did the mechanical rebuild is a engineer and worked for NASCAR so this truck has been meticulously gone over.

Unbelievable engine -

The engine is a 302 CI which has been stroked to a 331 CI. The OE Ford block has been bored, line-hones with ARP main bolts. The carb is a 600 cfm Edelbrock with matching Performer RPM aluminum intake. Hand rebuilt carb. The cylinder heads are Ford cast iron, 58cc chamber, fully ported and polished for high flow with larger intake and exhaust valves and are held down with APR head bolts. The cast crank and H-beam forged rods are Eagle with flat top hypereutectic pistons. The compression ratio is apprx 9.8:1. The Comp Cams, mild, flat tappet hydraulic cam uses custom length pushrods and aluminum roller rockers. The ignition dist is Mallory Unilite with vac advance and matching coil. Coated headers with 3” dual exhaust exit out the RR.

* One of the “back” seat top is ripped at the very top of it. This wasn’t mentioned to me when I bought it so I’m bringing it up here. Nothing wrong with these seats function wise. As you can tell from all the money I have spent on this car it didn’t bother me enough to redo.

* The vehicle runs great. Does not currently start and has not been regularly driven. Needs the current gas pumped out, probably fuel filter a battery and a little know how.
