Crispy wafer with einkorn flour and rich cream of coconut and vanilla

A sweet and fresh VEGAN delight made with crispy monograin spelled crusts, with a rich and light coconut cream and a dollop of sunflower tahini inside.

We gave up soy and animal fats, instead we added coconut oil and coconut flakes. To thicken the cream, we used pumpkin flour and spelled flour, added sea salt, unrefined sugar, and for the finish we used rosemary extract as an antioxidant.

All natural, non-GMO, no artificial colors and no trans fats.

Individually wrapped, suitable for dessert in the lunch box or for an afternoon treat with a cup of coffee or tea.

Ingredients of Einkorn wafer Limetska: wholemeal einkorn flour (33%), coconut shavings (24.5%), unrefined sugar, coconut oil (9.1%), sunflower tahini (3.6%), pumpkin flour, cacao powder (10-12% fat content), sunflower oil, leavening agent - sodium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate, sea salt, sunflower lecithin, aroma, antioxidant - rosemary extract.
