This dark dark magenta / purple slab will bring a deep rich color to your finished project. This Dalle is very dark and therefore lets no light through unless in direct backlit with a bright light source behind it. If you facet the thick glass it will provide more light to come though so your project can sparkle. You are buying a slab of colored glass that is 12 inches by 8 inches by 1 inch thick, weighing about 8 pounds. These slabs were created by the legendary glass company, Blenko, from Milton WV. Whether you are creating a new stained glass window, sculpture or art object, you will appreciate the color this glass adds to your product. There are some inconsistencies in these glass slabs. They are not new and were found in a warehouse having been stored for 25 years. This glass may be scratched, chipped, have bubbles, pour marks, inclusions and cracks. The picture is approximately representative of the product.
