Dead Fans !! ... the ' Experienced ' - and also the ' Novice ' - well indeed, Welcome ! to this one ... " The Very Best Of Grateful Dead " !!!  And, I don't know about you - but I think it is pretty classic that there is no Of " The " here ... if, you know what I'm saying.  That caught my eye quick !  And Musically ... Whoa !?!?!  I mean this is without any question one of - if not " The " Best-Band-Ever here in the Grateful Dead ... and, without any question - the Very-Best " Live & Improvisational " Band of All-Time !!  Well, at least to my ears & mind.  But, the Dead have always taken a bit of a rap for being like the Best Band in the Universe " Live ! " ... but, as for in the " Studio " - for some reason, some always do debate this " question ".  But ... one listen to this all the way through - and " Wow " !?!?!!  I mean the Material ! they have offered over a 30-Years Career is just darn Impressive !!!  This one spans from 1965 through 1987 - and it was released in 2003 by WB / Rhino ... and, there are Seventeen ( 17 ) Tracks !  I never envy the person, of powers that be - who have to sit down & select !  With these Guys ? ( and Gals ! ... Donna-Jean ! ) ... they have like a 150 to 200 Songs that are way-worthy - and, copious amounts of Originals !!!  The writings of Robert Hunter - John Barlow, etc. - oh my ... and to try to actually narrow it down to just 17 ?!?  Well, hindsight is always 20/20 in this lifetime - or, so it seems ... and - they did one heck of a job ! on this-one.  So, here were the " Winners " - if I may. >>>  Truckin' ( Right off the Bat ! ... Yeah Bobby !! ) - Touch Of Grey ( Of Course ! ) - Sugar Magnolia ( it wasn't # 1 ? ... Ha ! ) - Casey Jones ( hmm ... ' R ' Rated ? - Classic !! ) - Uncle John's Band ( the Best !!! ) - Friend Of The Devil - Franklin's Tower - Estimated Prophet - Eyes Of The World - Box Of Rain - U.S. Blues - The Golden Road ( To Unlimited Devotion ) - One More Saturday Night ( Live - 1972 ! ) - Fire On The Mountain - The Music Never Stopped - Hell In A Bucket ( Yeah !!! ) - Ripple.  And that my fellow Dead Fans ( or, very soon to be ' New ' Dead Fans ! ) is all she wrote on this little ditty ... in the form of a 2003 G.D. Accomplishment Compilation !!!  Gotta Love It ... at least I did - I mean hey G.D. - go ahead & twist my arm why dont'cha !  The Good Ol' Grateful Dead !!! ... Enjoy !!!!!

Item Condition :  This Grateful Dead Very Best Of Grateful Dead ( 2003 (1965-1987/2003) WB / Rhino release ) CD Set ( 1-CD ) is in Like New condition.  CD ( 1-CD ) is in Like New (Mint!) condition (please see photos).  Liner Notes ( 16-Page Insert Booklet & Back Insert Card ) are in Like New (Near Mint) condition, with light factory indentations on the Insert Booklet (please see photos).  CD Case is in Like New (Near Mint/Mint) condition, some very-slight surface wear on the outer plastic, from careful very storage next to other CD Cases in my professional CD rack (please see photos).  This CD was purchased Brand New, and was played very carefully only one-time.  Please see all photos provided.  Photos included are of the actual item you will receive.  The Good Ol' ( & Newer too ! ) Grateful Dead - in the form of " The Very Best Of Grateful Dead !!!
