Period: c1920's
Materials: Solid Silver & enamel.
Dimensions: 80mm wide x 23mm deep.
Hallmarks: French Boar head mark & Makers mark "G.B or C.B".
Weight: 158.9g - 5.11oz Troy.
Condition: Sadly there is damage to the enamel around the sides of the cover. Wear and rubbing to the gilding. Surface scratching to the enamel and base. Tarnish to the interior. Wear commensurate with age and use.
Notes: Despite the condition issues, this is still a superb quality, good sized silver box, decorated with excellent guilloche enamel decoration.
