Vintage Lucite 70s Straw and Wooden Utensil Napkin Holder

There's like a white color residue where the 2 sides were connected into the base and along the base itself.  I've seen this on other lucite pieces as well.  There are a few other bumps, nicks, bubbles, etc  typical of these lucite pieces.

Measures about 5 1/2" tall
