The Pane has printed information on it about ‘British Scarlett’ and on the front cover there is a coloured picture of The Grenadier Guards.

Postmarked:- British Amy Uniforms, Belfast, 20–09-07, with pictorial centre.

This cover has the genuine hand signed signature of Major General Sir Jeremy Moore KCB OBE MC & Bar (1928-2007).

He was a British senior Royal Marine Officer who served as the commander of the British land forces during the Falklands War In 1982. He received the surrender of the Argentine forces on the islands. He was in service from 1947-1983.

The reverse of the cover has a small cachet on it which states:- Major General Sir Jeremy Moore KCB CBE MC has personally signed 125 Buckingham, British Army Uniforms covers which features a definitive Pane from the Prestige Booklet and Belfast postmark.
