Delivery / Collection:

- We try and complete all deliveries within 2 weeks

- Alternatively you may wish to collect yourself., BUT we require 48 hours notice of collection to guarantee there will be someone available to assist in lifting when you collect.

- You can also arrange your own courier through e.g. shiply.com or proovia.co.uk but than payment needs to be cash on collection or bank transfer (this is only our suggestion and any issue with the delivery should be reported to the company whose services you decided to use.

- Please make us aware of any difficulties, We can add extra wrapping where necessary.

- All our sofas are checked over by trained technicians and delivered by our own delivery staff. We try to send all our items out as close to perfect as possible.

- If you change your mind about an item through no fault of ours, there is a 30% restocking charge + Delivery Charges. So make sure you are sure about the item before purchasing.

We aim to deliver your goods within a maximum of 1 weeks from the date of purchase.

If you are not available for delivery when we are in your area, a second delivery date will be offered but this may go past the allocated time.

Your goods are fully insured during transit.

Natural Characteristics of Leather:

- Leather may carry Natural Scars and Markings. This is not a fault in the leather.

- More than 8 Hides go into making a sofa, and no 2 hides are the same. You may get different grain patterns throughout your sofa.

- In just a few weeks leather will wrinkle and crease (known as Puddling, and should be expected with leather products)

- It is normal for cushions to lose as much as 20% density within first 2 months.

General Maintenance:

- Plump up cushions regularly.

- Only clean leather with non-microfibre cloths (microfibre will damage the pigments) use an approved leather cleaner.

- Avoid sitting on edge of cushions/on the arms.

- Avoid sharp objects.

- Grease and hair products can damage leather surfaces.

- Prevent Pets from scratching/climbing on furniture.

- Spillages should be cleaned up immediately using a Damp non Microfibre cloth/Leather cleaner.

- Do not use Baby Wipes or other Household cleaning product.

- Exposure to direct sunlight for long periods of time can fade the colour. Also placing hot cups or plates directly onto the leather can cause the same problems.

- On recliners do not sit/put excessive weight on the footrest. Make sure the footrest is returned correctly before getting off the sofa. Do not place your fingers in the mechanism.

SOME OF OUR ITEMS ARE FACTORY SECONDS, EX DISPLAY MODELS, DISCONTINUED LINES ETC. Because of this there may be blemishes on some of the goods, we do try our utmost to mention all/any marks in our listings, if indeed there are any to mention. However, all our goods are brand new. We sell major high street brands, directly to you at approximately half price and less.

When we deliver to you, have a look at the item before it comes off the van, if you are not happy with it where possible we will bring a replacement when we are next in your area or we will refund your money.

REMEMBER. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to exchange the goods if possible. Refunds can be issued but we do not refund the delivery costs. Goods must be returned within 7 days of delivery and be in the same condition in which they left us. Do examine goods on arrival and refuse them if you are not happy with them, otherwise the return of the items will have to be arranged at the customers expense.

When you choosing the perfect sofa for you and your space, as well as styling different couches for different spaces, buying a sofa is an investment, commitment piece – it’s certainly not a decision many of us make over night. So, to hopefully make that process a little easier. Always check the frame as this is one of the biggest give-away of the quality of each sofa. Pine frames are lower in cost and can warp after three to five years, while hardwood frames such as oak or ash are much more durable.
