Very good used condition with key.  Normal scratches and marks for age.  Overall great box. Kennedy 520 machinist toolbox made in USA. Only thing I see is handle on front cover is missing one of the screws!! And Crome hardware needs cleaning. Awesome older retired machinist box as shown. Awesome older tool box.
