Very rare vintage GI Joe Rumbler figure

 The regular issue Rumbler ( driver of the Crossfire R/c vehicle ) is quite rare.

 This is the even less common bagged issue from the 1993 GI Joe convention

 Mint figure with alternate weapons  in sealed Hasbro bag

 He does have a small crack on ne side of the left elbow, very hard to see while in the bag.
