For UK customers, all orders with a value over £20, we include Royal Mail’s 48 Hour Tracked service as standard. For orders under £20 we use Royal Mail’s 2nd Class service.

We assume no liability for losses if you choose a standard service.
For International customers, we use Royal Mail’s International Tracked registered service with tracking & insurance included. We will always send the parcel registration details.

For parcels over 2KG:
We normally use the registered services from FedEx, ParcelForce or DX in the UK which include tracking and insurance.
Most international shipping is via eBay’s Global Shipping Programme.

Our Guarantee means that if a mistake is made replacements will be provided to complete the set - free of charge of course. The guarantee covers the Lego bricks only & not items such as instructions or boxes. (whether these are original or substitutes are stated in the Item Specifics). On some rare occasions the set we supply does not include pieces in their original colour or style. However we aim to highlight any differences in our listings & always provide as close a match as possible. This is also true for any replacements we supply.
Differences: as stated above, the minifigure & droid dome are excluded.
