1795 Draped Bust Silver Dollar (Center Bust Variety) Altered surfaces not gradable.

I believe this coin clearly has XF details. Look at the detail in liberty’s hair, and the eagle. 

 I sent it in to NGC to be graded and they graded it altered services. 

 The coin has great eye appeal, judge the condition for yourself.
